Assess. Build. Run.

Three stages, seven offerings, one senior team. Start where your Salesforce is today.

The Novera astronaut, in a dark suit with neon pink and cyan stripes and a tie, presenting with an open hand

Novera's offering follows three stages. Assess tells you what your Salesforce delivers today and what to fix first. Build implements or rebuilds Sales, Service, CPQ and Revenue Cloud and the GTM tooling around them. Run keeps everything maintained and improving through agentic managed services. Most clients start with an audit or a scan, then fix or build, then move to managed services.

You do not need to buy all three. Most clients enter at Assess because they want facts before they spend. Some come straight to Build with a clear project. A few start at Run because they need a new partner for an org that already exists. Wherever you start, the same senior people stay with you.

Assess

Facts first. Find out what works, what does not and what it costs.

  • AI-assisted Salesforce audit

A senior consultant and our AI agents go through your org: configuration, code, automation, data, security and adoption. The technical audit follows the Salesforce Well-Architected framework. You get a clear list of what to keep, what to fix and what to stop paying for, in order of business impact.

  • Data and AI readiness scan

Before your first AI agent goes live, check that your data and processes can carry it. We tell you what is ready, what is missing and which use case to start with.

  • Value for Money

Your implementation went live, but the value did not show up. We find out why, then recover, simplify and make it pay off. This is the work we are called for most.

Build

Implement, rebuild or extend. With people who have done it before.

  • Salesforce implementation

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, set up around how your teams sell and serve. We adopt the standard first and adapt only where it pays.

    Ask us about it
  • CPQ and Revenue Cloud

Quotes out the door faster and correct the first time. We implement and recover CPQ and Revenue Cloud for teams with real pricing complexity, and connect quote-to-cash to NetSuite where finance lives.

  • GTM engineering

The plumbing behind your pipeline. We connect Salesforce with Aircall for telephony, Clay for enrichment, Amplemarket for outreach, ElevenLabs for voice transcription and n8n for automation. Built so your sellers spend their time selling.

Run

Keep it healthy. Keep it moving.

  • Agentic managed services

Change requests, fixes, Salesforce releases, maintenance and advice, delivered by senior consultants working with AI agents. Faster on change and cheaper to run.

Questions we get on calls

Do we have to start with an audit?

No. It is where most clients start, because it turns opinions into a prioritised list. If you already know what you need, we can start with Build or Run directly.

We already have Salesforce and another partner. Can you still help?

Yes. Most of our work is on existing orgs. We can take over a running org, recover a project that stalled, or give a second opinion through an audit.

What does "AI-assisted" or "agentic" mean in practice?

Our consultants work with AI agents built on Claude Code and our own tooling. The agents help triage requests, analyse, build, document, test and prepare deployments. A senior consultant checks and owns every result. You get the speed of the agents with the judgement of people who have done it before.

How do you price your work?

We agree on a scope and a fixed price or a fixed monthly fee with each client, focused on outcomes rather than hours. We share the details in the proposal.

Where do you work, and in which languages?

Based in Belgium, we work for Belgian and European clients, in French, Dutch and English.

Not sure where to start?

Tell us what is bothering you about your Salesforce. We will tell you which stage fits, honestly, even if the answer is "not now".
