Salesforce for insurers, brokers and lenders

Policies, credit files and broker visits deserve better than spreadsheets and shared mailboxes. We build Salesforce around how financial services companies actually sell and serve.

Novera works with insurers, insurance wholesalers, assistance companies, lenders and microcredit organisations in Belgium and Europe. We use Salesforce to speed up policy and credit flows, give sales teams a clear view of their broker or partner network, and move service requests out of shared mailboxes. Most of these clients run multi-entity or partner-based models, so we design for data separation and integration from day one.

The challenges we see

Selling through someone else
Brokers, distribution partners, network members, local insurers. Your revenue depends on people outside your company, and your CRM rarely shows who was seen, when, and what came of it.
Old systems doing too much
Policy sales, quoting, contracts and invoicing often sit in one ageing tool, or in several that do not talk. Every month-end becomes a manual job.
Requests lost in the inbox
Service runs from a shared mailbox. Clients and brokers chase answers, and nobody can say how long a request really took.
Slow credit and policy flows
From first request to signed contract, too many steps are manual. Applicants wait, and good business goes elsewhere.
Many entities, one platform
Groups, networks and federations need to sell together while keeping data strictly separated between companies or countries.
AI on the agenda, data not ready
The board wants AI. The data sits in documents, emails and free text fields. Before agents can help, the basics need structure.

How we help

  • Value for Money

Your Salesforce or loan package is live but hard to bend to your rules. We rework the flow so it fits your business, not the other way round.

  • AI-assisted Salesforce audit

A fast, factual view of your org and processes, following the Salesforce Well-Architected framework: what slows down sales, service and invoicing, and what to fix first.

  • Salesforce implementation

Sales Cloud for broker and partner networks, Service Cloud to get requests out of the mailbox, Experience Cloud portals for partners and members.

  • CPQ and Revenue Cloud

Quoting, contract generation and e-signature inside Salesforce, connected to NetSuite where invoicing and finance happen. Policies and offers go out faster and correct.

  • Data and AI readiness scan

Find out which AI use cases your data can support today, from document processing to service agents.

  • Agentic managed services

Keep the platform healthy and improving, with a senior team that knows your org. AI agents work only in sandboxes without client data, and a person always deploys to production.

Partners we use in financial services

Salesforce
The backbone: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Maps and Marketing Cloud, depending on the case. We have also run Agentforce proofs of concept with financial services clients.
DocuSign
Document generation and e-signature for contracts, offers and invoices, without leaving Salesforce.

Questions we get on calls

Have you worked with insurers and lenders before?

Yes. Our financial services clients include specialist insurers, an insurance wholesaler working with brokers, assistance organisations, an employee benefits network and a microcredit organisation. Most of our cases are published without the client's name, and we are happy to walk you through them on a call.

Do you use Salesforce Financial Services Cloud?

No, and we would rather say so. Our financial services work is built on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud and integrations with your back-end systems.

Can Salesforce work with our core policy or loan system?

Yes. We integrate Salesforce with back-end and finance systems, NetSuite for example, so sales and service see the data they need while your core system stays the reference for contracts and accounting.

We are a group with several entities. Can they share one Salesforce org?

Yes. We have designed security models that put many countries and companies on one org, with strict data separation and room to collaborate where it makes sense.

How do you handle security?

Our team completed Salesforce's Security Enablement Program and is certified on Salesforce Trusted Services solutions. When we use AI agents in delivery, they work only in sandboxes without client data.
